The decisions issued by the said boards can be challenged in the Administrative Court of Justice. In addition to the Court of Administrative Justice, the High Commission for Supervision of Administrative Violations can also revoke the decisions of the commissions. Before starting the proceedings, the commissions for dealing with violations should pay attention to the jurisdiction that is emphasized in the first article of the Law on Handling Administrative Violations and also to issue a decision according to the conditions of the violators at the time of closing the cases. In this article, the opinions issued by the board for handling administrative violations of the Ministry of Energy, the 23rd branch and the adjudication branches of the Court of Administrative Justice, which were raised with the complaint and objections of the accused from the decision of the board for handling .administrative violations in various branches of the Court of Administrative Justice and were finally violated. are being investigated اولین مرحله رسیدگی به تخلفات اداری، بررسی صلاحیت رسیدگی توسط هیئت های رسیدگی بــه تخلفــات اداری و آخرین مرحله، لزوم صدور رأی متناسب با شرایط متخلفین است.آرای صادره از هیئت های مذکور قابل اعتراض در دیوان عدالت اداری است. علاوه بر دیوان عدالت اداری، هئیت عالی نظارت بر رسیدگی به تخلفات اداری نیز میتواند آرای هئیت‌ها را ابطال نماید. هیئت های رسیدگی بــه تخلفــات قبل ازشروع رسیدگی باید به صلاحیت رسیدگی که در اولین ماده از قانون رسیدگی به تخلفات اداری بر آن تاکید شده است و همچنین صدور رأی متناسب با شرایط متخلفین در زمان مختومه کردن پرونده ها توجه نمایند. در این نوشتار آرای صادره از هیئت رسیدگی بــه تخلفــات اداری وزارت نیرو، شعبه بیست و سوم و شعبات تشخیص دیوان عدالت اداری که با شکایت و اعتراضات متهم از رای هیئت رسیدگی بــه تخلفــات اداری در شعبات مختلف دیوان عدالت اداری مطرح شده ودر نهایت مورد نقض قرارگرفته است مورد بررسی قرار می گیرند. https://www.raayjournal.ir/article_735804_930936f90ac2ca74cd6f5e7254fcf90f.pdf
