Because electricity is a public good to provide services to citizens, prosecutors are cracking down on currency extractors to prevent the misuse of this public good so that electricity can be properly available to the public. One of these valuable measures is the orders issued by the Arak Prosecutor's Office, which in its letters and orders addressed to judicial officers and provincial officials, has emphasized on identifying and collecting minor devices and introducing violators to the judicial authorities. This issue is important in terms of restoring public rights, guaranteeing freedoms, especially freedom of business, respecting the principle of legitimate expectation, privacy and the competence of judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
