In addition to international instruments such as Article ۱۰ of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article ۱۴ of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights، Articles ۱۹ and ۲۰ of the Iranian Constitution also refer to the right of individuals to a public trial and equality in this regard. To examine the changes that have taken place in the laws since the establishment of this institution and this authority has been influenced by it، and to analyze the extent of development and limitation of the authority of this authority according to the specific type of crimes under the jurisdiction of the court. To determine what issues this development or restriction has to do with and to what extent the judicial process has played a role in creating these developments during the four decades that have passed since the existence of this institution. In addition to the above، it should be specified what guarantees the defense rights of the accused have enjoyed following these changes and developments، and finally، given the novelty of this article and the fact that the Revolutionary Court has not yet been addressed from this perspective، the most important can be The result of this research is the amendment of future laws regarding the Revolutionary Court as a special court that، due to the different types of crimes under the jurisdiction of this court، creates specialized branches for these crimes and sets more efficient and dynamic regulations using past legal and judicial experiences.
