The principle that obliges the court, including the sense of social and legal responsibility in tackling the legal dispute, to seek a mechanism to remedy the shortcomings and objections that seem to prevent the continuation of the proceedings. This approach has been well considered along with the philosophical principles of continuity of proceedings in the mentioned lawsuits. It is hoped that this method will be considered in a legal and regular manner in the judicial procedure.
