Abstract

According to the permission of the then head of the Judiciary in 1397 from the Supreme Leader and the establishment of a special complex to investigate economic crimes and the allocation of special branches of the Islamic Revolutionary Tribunal to investigate crimes in the economic system, regarding the jurisdiction of the Islamic Revolutionary Tribunal to investigate The economic system of the country, there is disagreement that some believe that the Revolutionary Court has jurisdiction to investigate all the crimes mentioned in the law punishing those who disrupt the economic system, and others only in cases where the disruption is intended to strike at the Islamic Republic of Iran or to oppose With it or with the knowledge that the action against the system is effective, it is within the jurisdiction of the Islamic Revolutionary Tribunal, which will be examined in this article.
