Abstract

The first stage of dealing with administrative violations is the examination of jurisdiction by administrative violation boards, and the last step is the need to issue a decision according to the conditions of the offenders. The decisions issued by the said boards can be challenged in the Administrative Court of Justice. In addition to the Court of Administrative Justice, the High Commission for Supervision of Administrative Violations can also revoke the decisions of the commissions. Before starting the proceedings, the commissions for dealing with violations should pay attention to the jurisdiction that is emphasized in the first article of the Law on Handling Administrative Violations and also to issue a decision according to the conditions of the violators at the time of closing the cases. In this article, the opinions issued by the board for handling administrative violations of the Ministry of Energy, the 23rd branch and the adjudication branches of the Court of Administrative Justice, which were raised with the complaint and objections of the accused from the decision of the board for handling .administrative violations in various branches of the Court of Administrative Justice and were finally violated. are being investigated
